In addition to IGGA’s close relationship with the American Concrete Pavement Association, state and local concrete pavement associations and other like minded industry affiliations, the IGGA represents your interests through a very active technical committee.
The Technical Committee is charged with identifying and responding to key technical issues, challenges and opportunities within the surface transportation marketplace that impact the performance of industry’s products and services and ultimately leads to the success of IGGA members and the industry at large. Key initiatives include research and education related to tire/pavement noise, friction, fuel efficiency, slurry, as well as pavement preservation and maintenance.
“I have benefitted from membership in the IGGA for nearly two decades. Of all the organizations I belong to, I believe the IGGA offers the most benefit for membership dollar. The members spend a considerable amount of time promoting our industry and we all benefit from their efforts. The IGGA is simply a 'can-do' organization and I can trace many projects to the promotional activities employed by the association."
