About Our Board

Sam Gramling - Interstate Improvement (Faribault, MN)

Sam GramlingGramling graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a degree in Construction Management. In 2007, he joined Interstate Improvement as a Project Manager and currently serves as their President and Chief Operations Officer.

He is actively involved with Concrete Pavement Association of Minnesota and not only serves on the IGGA Board of Directors, but is Chairman of the IGGA Technical Committee as well.

Karl Moller - Diamond Products (Elyria, OH)

Moller is the President of Diamond Products, a company that has grown from12 employees in the seventies, to over 300 employees to date. The company began operations in the mid forties and changed its name to Diamond Products in 1964.

Al Adamek - Diamond Surface, Inc. (Rogers, MN)

Adamek is a graduate of St. Cloud University with a degree in finance. He started his career in the field with Diamond Surface, Inc. in 2009. Moving to the position of Estimator in 2013, he was recently promoted to Vice President. Besides serving on the IGGA board of directors, he is also actively involved in the Concrete Paving Association of Minnesota.

Scott L. Eilken - Quality Saw & Seal (Bridgeview, IL)

Scott EilkenEilken has been in the concrete drilling, sawing, sealing, grinding and grooving industry since 1977. He worked in the field and in the office for Accurate Coring for 13 years in the Greater Chicago area. Since 1990, he has owned and operated Quality Saw and Seal Inc.

He is currently involved in the Illinois State Chapter of the American Concrete Pavement Association (ACPA), the National ACPA, the IGGA, as well as the Illinois Road Builders Association. Further, he co-chairs the Seal No Seal Group and is an active member of the TRB Committees.

Chris Priest - Sanders Saws and Blades (Quinton, VA)

Priest has a long history of serving the industry. After attending the Virginia Commonwealth University, he held a variety of business roles before joining Sanders Saws and Blades. During his tenure, he has served the industry in many ways including as a member of the board of directors for the Virginia Masonry Counsel, regional board of directors for the American Concrete Paving Association Southeast, as well as on the advisory board for the Southeast Concrete Alliance Network. Having served three terms on the board of directors for the Concrete Sawing and Drilling Association (CSDA), he has also held the chair positions on the Convention and Membership committees in addition to being a member of both the Marketing and Election Committees for the CSDA. A long time member of the IGGA, Priest joined the board of directors in 2014 and is currently chair of the Membership Committee.

Gerald “Jerry” Voigt, P.E. - American Concrete Pavement Association (Rosemont, IL)

Jerry Voigt

Voigt is the president and chief executive officer of the American Concrete Pavement Association (ACPA). He has been with the association for 25 years and was appointed president in 2005. For many years, he was the Association’s director of technical services.

Under his leadership, the concrete pavement industry created the National Concrete Pavement Technology Center at Iowa State University in 2005. He also led the Association through notable technology advancements, developing the Next Generation Concrete Texture, creating the industry’s first webinars and “web apps” (web-based paving technology applications and training).

He earned both his Masters and Bachelors degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and is a registered professional engineer in the state of Illinois.

Alexandre Genest - Construction SRB S.C.C. (Quebec, Canada)

Genest is an estimator for Construction SRB S.C.C., a family company located in Quebec, Canada. Having been in operation for 35 years, its operations extend to several provinces in Canada. The mission of the company is to answer in an innovative way, the problems encountered by the engineers or the project managers during the execution of works in the field of concrete sawing.
